I want to say that Masterbuilt has the BEST Customer Service that I have ever encountered. Yesterday I emailed them regarding an issue with our new smoker the Masterbuilt 40-Inch Propane Smoker. Within 14 minutes I had a response. Opening the email I assumed it would be one of those automated replies that I would hear from them in 24-48 hours that we are all familiar with receiving. NO IT WASN'T! It was a real email from a real person who was genuinely concerned about our problem and requested more information. I replied with the additional information and in 1 hour and 4 minutes after I sent my first email the problem had been resolved to our satisfaction. We were incredibly impressed with Masterbuilt's service. Thanks again, Masterbuilt!!! You have restored our faith in customer service!
